Delivery Time: 7 Days

Due to the strain on the shipping system from Covid-19, shipments may be delayed. International orders are experiencing delays due to a high volume of imports. Customers may have to wait an additional 5-7 business days before they receive the package from the carrier on delivery. Please contact support@whitemonte.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days

Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days. For example, an order placed on Friday will ship out the next week, on Tuesday or after, and arrive 7-10 days later.

Orders may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays.

Tracking Your Order

White Monte Outdoors sends orders with FedEx / UPS for international orders. All packages are insured, and as soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. If you need assistance, please email support@whitemonte.com with your order number.

Free Shipping

Shipping cost is included in the order for most cases unless otherwise specified, which means you don't need to pay any additional shipping cost. For any exceptions, such as remote shipping addresses, we will contact you prior to shipping your order and you will have the option to cancel your order if you cannot accept the additional shipping cost.

Duties and Taxes

International orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and International Customers will be responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes. White Monte Outdoors has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges.

*Please note that we are not able to guarantee that orders will arrive on time for Christmas. We need a few extra days for processing your order during the holidays. 

Shipping and Warranties

Invalid Shipping Address: We are unable to ship domestically and/or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, White Monte Outdoors. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when White Monte Outdoors delivers these items to the carrier.
